Age, language and eligibility
The operator explicitly welcomes all nationalities/backgrounds and markets English-learning camps overseas; school enrolment is not a prerequisite. Confirm the chosen Marlborough edition accepts your visitor arrangements before travel, especially residential guardianship. English in Action day: 5–12; multi-activity: 3–12; host lists residential: 9–15. English in Action teaches English through structured lessons and activities. General multi-activity requires a good command of English; do not treat all tracks as beginner-friendly. Japanese support not verified.
What the days look like
Day camp runs 09:00–15:00. English in Action lists up to eight learners per group, structured English plus practical projects; the venue page lists 20 immersive-English hours per week.
Parents, accommodation and transport
Day campers need a parent/guardian for evenings and local accommodation. Changi is the host's listed airport gateway, with transfers by arrangement; budget for the Singapore–Malaysia border crossing and avoid a daily cross-border school commute.
Included costs and the family budget
Current Marlborough price not verified. Summer full-day package lists lunch, two snacks, certificate and photographs; English in Action also lists an Oxford Young Learners assessment. Check 8% Malaysian service tax, transport, lodging and all flight/insurance costs separately.

Request the exact edition brochure, age/English assessment, visitor eligibility, daily collection arrangements and itemised quote. Host-school residential information and the operator's current day-camp page differ in detail. Day camp: weekly Monday–Friday blocks; multi-activity also lists daily booking.
Cancellation and refunds
The FAQ distinguishes FLEX and NON FLEX bookings: FLEX changes must be at least seven working days ahead and are limited to one change; NON FLEX changes are not allowed. Malaysia's linked terms PDF could not be retrieved, so cancellation/refund amounts remain unverified.
