Why it is in this guide
Selected for an international activity setting within Japan and two clearly different levels of parent participation.
Who it may suit
Families comfortable with English-led outdoor activity and able to stay nearby, accompany when required and arrange transport.
What to weigh up
These five-day options are not fully residential child-only camps. Do not assume beginner English lessons or Japanese interpretation; ask about support.
Age, language and eligibility
Current main descriptions say Family 3+ and Moiwa 6+. Legacy tables conflict, so an upper age limit is not assumed. These are camp programmes rather than enrolled-pupil-only school events.
What the days look like
Family includes a parent daily and on the Thursday overnight. Moiwa has child-only Monday–Wednesday activity, then one parent joining the overnight in its core guidance. Activities vary by week and weather.
Parents, accommodation and transport
Arrange family accommodation outside the camping night. Parents provide Family transport throughout the week and at least Thursday–Friday transport for Moiwa. Confirm meeting points and whether a car is needed.
Included costs and the family budget
Mixed year/week price tables remain online, so no current confirmed total is quoted. Include parent overnight surcharges, Family Monday–Wednesday lunches, lodging and transport in an itemised quote.
Before you book
Choose the attendance model, then reconfirm age, language, parent days and the complete cost when the next season opens. A notification signup does not reserve a place.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms have not been verified here. Obtain the terms for your chosen dates in writing before paying.
