Age, language and eligibility

Open international camps. Japanese safety support exists, but children should not require an interpreter throughout.

What the days look like

Morning and afternoon outdoor sessions, followed by campfire or quiz evenings; activities vary by course and weather.

Parents, accommodation and transport

Generally shared hotel accommodation; optional escorted Shinjuku transport. Parents must collect a child needing early departure.

Included costs and the family budget

2026 reference: 5-day ages 7–12 ¥175,000; teen 5-day ¥185,000. Lodging, meals, camp transport and activities included; escorted Tokyo travel extra.

Cancellation and refunds

More than two weeks before: ¥15,000/person; 7–13 days: 50%; 0–6 days: 100%. Exactly 14 days is unclear. No late-arrival/early-departure refund.
