29–30 August | Tokyo Private School Fair: compare 415 schools
The fair runs 10:00–16:00 both days in Hall E, B2, Tokyo International Forum, with 415 Tokyo private junior and senior high schools. Entry is fully reserved, first-come, in timed slots, with up to three people per booking. If booked, arrive with five to eight schools shortlisted by commute, co-ed/single-sex and educational approach. If not, check the official booking screen for remaining capacity.
Official information12–13 September | Shiba festival: no booking required
Shiba Junior and Senior High School runs 9:30–16:00 on both days, with exhibitions closing at 15:00. The official notice says no booking and no attendance cap. Go in the morning for quieter student exhibits or later for performances and the finale, and walk the likely route from your station to test the real commute.
Official information26–27 September | Tokyo Seitoku Toin Festival
Tokyo Seitoku's 2026 Toin Festival is on 26–27 September. Visitors must pre-book one day; there is no same-day registration. Reception runs 10:00–15:00 and the festival until 16:00. Mini briefings are at 11:00 and 14:30, capped at 90 each. Booking closes at 10:00 on 25 September, so check whether festival entry and a mini briefing require separate selections.

Adachi Gakuen lists junior-high briefings on 5 September and 3 October around its 26–27 September festival. If the Kita-senju commute is realistic, separate the student-atmosphere visit from the rules-and-curriculum briefing. Futaba Festival runs 9:00–16:30 on 11 October and 9:00–16:00 on 12 October. Online booking is required for an applicant in Grades 4–6 plus one guardian, with one festival day only. Booking opens in stages: Grade 6 on 8 September, Grades 5–6 on 12 September, and Grades 4–6 on 16 September. Create the user ID beforehand.
